How to contact us

To make a booking:

You can email us to make a provisional booking by using the contact form or by sending an email to enquiries@heyshamretreat.co.uk. We will then confirm your request, pending availabilty, and your provisional booking will be held for 3 days. A deposit* will be required to confirm the booking.

Before you book:
Please check availability on the Availability page. You can see our prices here.
When you book, you will be confirming that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions, including our Breakages Policy.

What to do next -

On arrival, you can collect your key (which will have been confirmed in your reservation letter).
Check-in: anytime after 4pm
Departures: by 10am
If you require a more flexible arrival/departure time, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Upon booking, you confirm that you have already read and agree to our T&C’s including our breakages policy available to view here.

*A deposit of 25% of the entire booking cost is payable on booking (please send with booking form); we will hold the provisional booking for 3 days. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
